What is Sole Limited Liability Company and Limited Liability Company:
- LTD (Limited Liability Company) is an association of two or more faces –physical and / or legal for trade deals with general funds.
- Sole Limited Liability Company belongs to one person- physical or legal.
- The minimum capital to set up a company is 2(two) levs.
- The minimum constitutive contribution, which can have a partner in LTD is 1 (one) lev.
- The capital pays in bank account- created specifically to keep the capital until actual registration of the company- it is called escrow account.
